Acting as a key liaison between instructors and students, he ensures clear communication and a seamless experience for everyone involved. Karter is especially attentive to those who may need extra guidance, taking the time to follow up and provide reassurance so each student feels confident and supported along the way.
Outside of work, Karter enjoys a balance of relaxation and adventure. He loves spending time with his animals, getting lost in fantasy novels, and unwinding with video games such as World of Warcraft and Stardew Valley. Karter also has a passion for camping and embracing new experiences, whether that means exploring unfamiliar places or enjoying the outdoors with friends.
